On this page are pictures of some of the places we go to collect the agate. These are examples
of the type of beach formations in which we find the agates. While looking for agates you see many beautiful waterfalls and
other wonderful landscapes. Most of the agates we find loose on the beaches although sometimes you can force some pieces from
the veins. Most of our agate we pick up from the beaches. The agate is formed in basalt in most cases . More pictures will be added. come back soon. April 12, 2010
